With time on a premium, Rexus and a few others set everyone up with the smocks. It's not pretty, nor well thought-out, but it's enough to make a passing glance hide the 'mercenary' look. Now everyone looks like a motley crew of vagrants, a strangely similar crew, but vagrants nonetheless.
Your disguise DC is at a 14. If you have a take10 of higher than 14, you can use that instead for yourself. If you could write that DC down somewhere for yourself to remember, that would be great. Also note that this disguise doesn't really hide your identity. Someone who knows you well will still likely recognize you. This is to hide your mercenary persona from strangers and guards.
