The Kellid spits on the ground, and dumps Meyanda for a moment.

"I'm sick of this s*&t. Give me the gauntlet. And the spitter if no-one else wants it. And the gruh-nayds."

Just ignore Askra, she's letting off years of steam. And let me know if anyone else wants the inferno pistol - I'm not even sure Askra can use it, but as a trained killer she eyes weapons with lust, especially exotic, tek-a-nojikal ones.

Her Kellid duty of having the last word with attitude and aplomb over, and completely bored by anything that might be said afterward, Askra saunters over to the nearest Collector robot and attempts to pull one of it's weapons off.

Askra stalks over to Khonnir, and presses the weapon into Palo's hands. She gives Khonnir the darkest of dark looks imaginable, channeling every Kellid misery and melancholy and then moves to the door, Meyanda still over her shoulder.

"I'm going to shrink soon, right?! Can we get out of here? Mey is going to get heavy."

The Kellid, oblivious to the god Reactor's state looks over the roh-bots with renewed interest, and indicates them with a jut of her chin.

"Those gickbots have any weapons we can salvage?"

A lone tear, giant, wells up in Askra's eye and falls from her cheek onto Meyanda's lifeless form. She hears Palomia's words as if in a daze, and nods quietly, letting the earth breaker rest on the ground...floor...surface. Of whatever this place is.

Reverently Askra gathers Meyanda and slings her over her shoulder. Something Palomia said sticks in Askra's mind, buzzing. She stops.

"Hang on. You said "The". You said "THE Reactor". Like there is more than one? What are these...Iron..Gods?"

The Kellid has little understanding of sarcasm, and takes Palomia at face value. As one does.

"Oh, ok. Got it!!!" Askra makes to swing the heavy earth breaker at the radiation spewing, broken reactor core thing....beast that threatens all of Torch. This malevolent creature has been controlling everything? Looks just like a mad god, sitting here, like a spider at the centre of its doom-laden web. Askra hesitates, looking down at Meyanda who died defending Reactor - the woman lies still, so beautiful and calm now that death has claimed her.

But wait...does Meyanda yet breathe?

With that, aware of the risk of the deadly reach of the collector robots, Askra does what she does best. Throws caution to the wind, and charges straight at Meyanda.

Askra looks darky at Khonnir as he joins the group with the remnants of the gargmechyle..

"You able to make any use of...that? If Val were here, she'd think of something." she adds dismissively.

She listens to Ladim with a pout, beginning to nod despite herself. Then she grunts and interjects.

"What Lad is trying to say is....On your toes gickshits. Let's end these scum - choose your targets wisely, get into good positions and make the most of your strikes!!! [taps Daisy on the chest] That goes for you too Daisy!!!"

Hearing her name, the staunch Kellid stands, albeit at first unsteadily. She straightens and stretches, weighs the earthbreaker in her hands then rearranges hair and headband.

"I'm good to go." Askra pauses. "What are we doing? We need to find Khonnir right? Wait..."

"Ah, yeah. Yer kinda hard to ferget. The tail?!?"

Askra's resolve falters as the gnome yabbers at her. She looks askance at Ladim, and Palo's concerned face.

Then drops the hold on Ladim's neck, earthbreaker falling from one hand to crash next to the sorceror's toes.

Askra leans into the wall next to Ladim, head next to his shoulder.

"Mfkg. Gaah. S'rry. I doanfeelsowell.'

Askra's eyes waver slightly, and she frowns. Deeply. The Kellid looks about the room as if something isn't quite right. She looks down to see Kaad's…her….Kaad's earth breaker in her hand. She stares at Ladim, and Gwyndle, and Daisy for what seems like the longest time. Then Felicia and BoB. Finally she sees Palomia and Relas.

"Palo. Where's Jean and 'shara?" The Kellid girl gets noticeably twitchy. Of a sudden she springs toward Ladim, earthbreaker handle held crosswise as if to thrust up under the Sorceror's throat in an attempt to throttle him up against the wall.

"Yo Khonnir! What're you doing?!?! There's more weird.. tekstuff here!!!"

Sounds good. I'm also Unchaining Askra. From now on she has Profession (Murderhobo) as a class skill, and always sulks, pouts or takes the worst possible action or inference from vague off-hand comments.
