Good evening guys.

I am not sure if this is the right way of raising it, but I couldn't find a specific statement regarding this issue on the webpages, so I thought I should just ask!

I note that you print your Adventure Paths in China. That is fine and I respect your need to seek competitive prices and professional services that meet your needs. However, I am also aware that a lot of Chinese companies are very price driven and are less than discerning when it comes to sourcing the wood pulp that goes into their paper.

I am wondering if you could clarify:
- Where the paper and card stock in your products come from?
- How have you assured yourself that the wood pulp in this paper comes from sustainable and legal sources?
- Whether you have looked at sourcing certified paper sources to include in your printed materials (eg Forest Stewardship Council or Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification certified timber sources).

I wouldn't normally raise such issues, but as a long term subscriber of Adventure Paths (right from the 1st release) and Dungeon magazine before that, I just want to understand what steps you are taking to ensure your paper is coming from sustainable and legal sources.

Appreciate all the wonderful work you guys do.

Neil

Morning All.

I am currently running a Kingmaker campaign by regular e-post, with the intention to also run the odd game by skype or on a face to face basis.

The game is regularly ticking over and we have spent the couple of months establishing characters, establishing the general plot and running several encounters. We have now got a pretty steady rythm.

Unfortunately, we have had one of the four players pull out of the game and are now looking to fill that vacant position.

Further information about the game and our posts can be found at: http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaigns/reclamation-the-stolen-lands

Please feel free to drop by and read through the forums.

We are looking for:
- a player in Australia (this will allow us to easily schedule Skype games and potentially face to face gaming)
- someone who can write at a reasonable standard and is not shy about spending some time preparing decent posts;
- someone who is relatively comofortable with the Pathfinder rules, but is not likely to quote chapter or verse or min/max everything;
- is happy to contribute to roleplaying and character development;
- can post pretty regularly on a 2-3 day turn around;
- is friendly and willing to work with everyone to make this a rewarding and fun experience.

Simple really!

Please just drop me a line here and I can follow up with any questions, etc. Happy to take on two players if we get some good interest.

Look forward to hearing from everyone.

Hi all.

After a small hiaituius I am about to begin running Fortress of the Stone Giants. This will pick up after some the players completed Burnt Offerings and the Skinsaw Murders. We had a blast playing those adventures, but had two of our players move away.... :-(

After playing a couple of other campaigns, we are keen on walking the stress of Sandpoint again. However, in the meantime, we have added several new players to the game and I really want to dovetail into the AP by having an "lead in" adventure where the players finally put to rest the ghost of Jervis Stoot.

I have been reading numerous posts on here re Jervis Stoot, the Chopper and Chopper's Isle. There is a lot of good ideas amongst this, including James Jacob's write up of Jervis Stoot as a rogue ghost. I plan on scaling this ghost up to be a CR9 ghost, who will emerge from the Isle after a visiting sailor steals his old carving tools. This will lead to Das Korvat getting his hand on the tools and falling under the maelovent influence of the ghost, leading to a series of murders that coincide with the Saviours festival. Ideally ths will foiled by the new heroes in town, who will travel out to Chopper's isle to put the angry ghost to rest.

I am starting to pull together some of the pieces of the plot, but was welcoming thoughts from the community on the following:
1) How I tweak Stoot's ghost to be a particularly memorable opponent that build's on his previous history, and
2) Ideas for laying Stoot's ghost finally to rest. My fallback plan is that returning the carving tools to the Isle will put his haunt at rest again, but of course this is only a temporary measure. Any ideas of a suitable way of destroying his tools or otherwise putting the ghost to rest would be welcomed.

Any other suggestions as to particular events or plot deals around this early thoughts would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Ash

Good Morning All

I am one of 4 Pathfinder players in Canberra, Australia, who are seeking one or two additional players to join a new campaign.

Over the last couple of months, we have lost two of our key players to job moves and are looking at filling our gaps with some new friendly people.

We are all mature players with considerable experience in rolling dice and wading through Dungeons. We enjoy our gaming and are also quite a sociable bunch away from the gaming table.

We play approximately once a fortnight on Saturday or Sundays (with the odd Friday night if timing requires it). We have minis, a good playing area, numerous maps, books and props!

So if anyone is interested in a new campaign, or knows someone that might be interested in playing with some friendly people, please drop us a line. Grizzled veterans or relative beginners both welcomed!

Look forward to hearing from anyone interested!
