About Asher 'Cinnis' RegillenusBackground:
Asher began his life as an engineer's son is Taldor, accompanying his father from town to town as he maintained the grist and grain mills of the farms that provided for the capital. The hard work, travel, constant exposure to a cavalcade of chance meetings on the road, his father's teachings, and his own keen wit shaped him into a well rounded young man. His skill with the bow also provided for their camp fires when they were between towns. It was on one of these loops through the more remote areas of Taldor that tragedy struck when a raving bandit troupe of goblins and orcs that were driven far from their homeland by their hill giant leader swept into their host village and razed the village. Due to his skill with the bow, he was able to fend off the few that attacked the mill, but a chance arrown struck his father, killing him. The bandits killed a good number of the townsfolk and burned the heart of the village. A few wounded men, and some women and children that his away in storm cellars were left. A small band of priests traveling through who tended to the wounded marked Asher's talents. They offered to have him travel with him back to the capital, but on the way he had an awakening. He had no other family, and he recognized that the true need of the tows and villages everywhere was protection, and if too late, justice. He has since honed his body, mind, and spirit into a weapon against the evils of the world, and adopted the mission of the Bleeding Lady. Personality:
Asher is somewhat jovial despite his devotion to his grim patron. He has a sharp glint in his eye and a talent for mechanical things due to his work in mills growing up. He also has a deadeye with his bow, his preferred weapon in his crusade against evil; a crusade he began when his village was overrun and razed by a band of goblinoids with a hill giant leading them. While he is an implacable foe of evil, and of the strong preying on the weak, he does take the time to take in the small pleasures of simple country life. He has a love of pie and sausages.
Appeaerance:
Asher is medium height and lean. His sandy hair and brown eyes are usually hidden under the cowl of his red cloak. He wears scarred leather armor and has bandages around his palms, wrists, and forearms, as a homage to Vildeis. Sharp eyed observers will notice the blood taht seeps into his bandages occasionally from his ritual scarification on his forearms, right where the bowstring slaps his flesh. He has a symbol of his faith worked onto the left side of his armor's chest piece, as well as on his cloak. A dagger with her symbol adorns his belt as well. [spoiler=Role]
