I've been trying to get through to Customer Service for two weeks. The line is always busy. I've sent at least two emails and have received no response. Thus, I am forced to come here.
I ordered "Starfinder Tech Revolution" and "Starfinder GM Screen." I received the Tech Revolution, but got the Starfinder Combat Pad instead of the GM Screen.
My order number is #26156255. If I have to send back the Combat Pad, that's fine. I just want what I paid for.
