Of Books and Covers
Aristi sports a beautiful mane of gold-brown fur, which can communicate mood and intent. He wears a richly embroidered tunic and over-robe which is worn a bit like a coat. He often has a cynical expression on his face, and piercing green eyes. He affects some jewelry, gold rings and earrings. While he extroverted enough and is often seen at society events, theaters, and clubs, he is happiest in the pilot seat of a starship or in a work tunic rebuilding a ship. It is something his family and contemporaries often fail to appreciate, but has enabled him to represent his family's interests across the galaxy.

The Journey So Far
Aristi has grown up on Bothawui as the spoiled scion of the Or family of the mercantile Agus clan of Bothans. For the last several years he has represented his family's interests, travelling to meet various clients and trade representatives. It is a role that he has made his own, and he expected a long and wealthy career as a merchant. Occasionally he dabbles in the odd black market item, but for the most part he feels pressure to be law-abiding and not besmirch the family name. There are rival families within the clan who would love to ruin the family's standing. Though non-human, Aristi's family has benefited from imperial rule, and found ways to overlook its worst aspects.

Disaster struck two years ago. Aristi's twin sister Arrion was killed in a tragic speeder accident. Aristi and his family took the news terribly. However, through a contact Aristi later learned that Arrion was actually a Rebel agent, involved in smuggling plans of some sort of battle station to Princess Leia of Alderaan. She was killed by Imperial operatives as she tried to lead them away from her fellow agents. Bereft, Aristi couldn't bear to share the news with his parents. At the same time he has been finding it difficult to continue with life as normal. He has lost what love he's had for the empire, and lately has been taking any assignments that take him as far from Bothawui as possible. He's not sure he could join the rebellion, but wouldn't feel qualms about upsetting the Empire either.

Bura Farr'agus Patriarch of the Farrag family, a rival family within clan Agus. Merchants as well, the family often try to undermine the Or family and bring them into disrepute. A prolific family, they or their followers seem to be everywhere.
