I know. It's more of an emotional thing for me. I had an emotional investment in some of these characters, and these games/characters in a way, helped me deal with a lot of....past issues. I don't know if I can even really explain it, but it's almost like just ending something without any closure. It's just gonna take me some time to deal with the loss. I know it sounds ridiculous, and logically speaking, everything Henry said made sense, and even I was feeling a little burned out....but, there's that other part of me that just feels....lost.
I support the decisions you make when it comes to doing what's best for you, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to have feelings about it just ending abruptly, and I have a right to my feelings. Just saying.
I love you, so if this is what you feel you need to do, I'm not going to make you feel guilty about it. I don't like unfinished stories, and I'm a little disappointed that I won't get to see what these characters could become....but you are first and foremost my husband and I want you to do what makes you happy.

It's totally okay. I think life has been a little more than chaotic for most of us lately. I've just been dealing with everything as best I can. I need to go night night. I was falling asleep on the couch.
Arista takes his hand and lowers herself slowly down into the water, sighing as she feels it envelope her muscles.
I am so sorry if I've been holding things up. We've just had a lot of stuff to deal with and between everything going on with me, my family, and our dogs....I just haven't been able to get to much else cuz I've been exhausted. After I get home and let the dogs out, I will try to get on the computer and post some stuff so we can get things moving again. Sorry for stalling things for so long.
Okay, I gonna try to get some sleep. Day off in the middle of the week kinda sucks, but it let us get some stuff done. I don't know what I did to it, but my hip has been really hurting.
I haven't been able to do much either. It's okay.
Arista takes the robe from him after getting up, and puts it on. Putting her arms around him, she gives him a kiss. Giving him s smile she holds out her hand, "Let's go get a bath."
After a few more minutes of snuggling, she gives him a soft kiss. Giving her beloved a sweet smile she says a bit softly, "I fear that if we don't get cleaned up soon, that we won't get a chance to. I'm not sure how much longer she's going to sleep love."
I barely slept last night. It's been raining for the past few days and I've been hurting really bad.
I'm just saying, my sister is really stupid....and crazy. LOL If it gets that bad, I'm sure one of them will text me and let me know what's going on. I think they're further away from the fires, though the smoke is everywhere. Not like I can do anything about it anyways. I just can't remember how things are laid out there in relation to where my siblings live, so I can't say with any certainty how close they are to the fires.
I'm not sure exactly what part of the valley they're in. It's been a really really really long time since we've been there. I know my parents took the 40 all the way out there, so I think they went through San Bernadino county? They were going to my brother's house first, and he's in Arcadia. There are like little areas outside of LA, which is where we lived. Even though we weren't that far away from LA, it would take forever to get anywhere cuz of traffic. I grew up in Temple City, Henry grew up in Glendale. Anyways, I remember that the fires were always made worse by the winds that would blow through the Santa Anna mountain range. I don't ever remember it being as bad as what my mom is describing though. So yeah, I totally get you guys not sending your techs out there. I just really hope that my family has enough sense to get gone if they really need to. My sister will probably be like, "Oh the fires are fake, we don't need to evacuate."
So, my mom and dad are in CA. The antibiotics the doctor out here put her on for her infection were making her sick, so the doctor in CA took her off of them. My sister says she's doing better, but I only have her word to go on so.... They won't be back till December and I really do hope that she's okay. My mom was telling me about the fires out there and how much smoke there is. She said you would think it's a really bad storm brewing, but it's just smoke, and the snow is just ash. So sad. It has a long way to go before reaching my siblings homes, though I feel so awful for all those families as well as the lost forest areas, and the wildlife that has suffered, died, and lost their homes. Being from CA though, I have to say that I'm pretty used to there being fires...though this one seems really really bad. I used to say that CA had two seasons. Mud slide season, and fire season.
I'm sorry. That's happened to me lots of times and it really pisses me off when it happens cuz I can never really remember what I said or did, and then it's almost never as good the second time around. No worries, you get to it when you get to it.
Arista snuggles up to her husband and lets out a happy contented sigh.

TA: Arista bites her lower lip in anticipation as her husband comes toward her. Getting up off of the bed, she waits for him to lie down before straddling him. Leaning down over him, she runs her fingertips lightly over his bare chest as she leans down to whisper in his ear, "I need you so much."
While keeping herself just barely above the tip of his shaft, Arista leans down and nibbles softly at the nape of his neck, before moving to his lips and kissing him softly as she slides slowly on top of him. She needed to touch every bit of him, and be touched in turn. Arista deepens the kiss, while running her fingers along his toned chest as she rides him.
Now they're just gonna stop by my work and see me on their way outta town tomorrow. I gotta give them the gifts I got for my siblings in CA. I just...I don't understand.
My biological familial units are so stupid. They are pissing me right the Hell off. I don't even know why I freaking bother.
TA: Arista's breast heave with her heavy breathing. With mini shocks of pleasure still running through her body, she opens her eyes and looks up at her husband. The corner of her mouth turns up in a smirk as she crooks a finger at him in a "come here" motion.

I just let them outside to run around and stuff. They been going crazy, and I'm thinking of leaving early for my 2:30 Dr. Appt just so I can get out of the house az little longer, away from them.
I'm trying to get caught up and post and stuff, but these dogs are making it very difficult to do so.
Since I'm going to be off tomorrow as well, I'll try to post something then. Either before or after my Dr appt. I'll have to reread some stuff to try and remember what's going on.

So...between the roughly 5 mo old puppy, my body that likes to torture me, a$$holes at work that don't know how to do their damn job, and everything Henry is having to deal with at work, stuff has been super crazy hectic stressful. I'm sorry we've been having such a hard time keeping up with posting and stuff, but life us just ultra crazy right now. My parents are coming out later this week, since they're gonna be driving to So. Cal with my sister, but I'm not sure how long they're gonna be here or when they're leaving, and I'm out of my Lorazepam until I see my PCP on the 20th. Anyways, I'm really sorry I haven't been able to keep up with what's going on, but by the time I finally get the dogs settled down and put up for the night, I'm exhausted and hurting too much to think about it. Also, I went back to that New Balance store, cuz those shoes were too heavy and hard on my feet. So, I exchanged them for some shoes that are a better balance of support and cushioning. Went out to dinner with friends, dogs schedule got shot all to hell, so that's why I'm still up.
I'm sorry we got so far ahead. We can wait on posting anything else until you've had a chance to catch up. I'm feeling a little lost as to what's going on too. I've just been really hurting and tired and stressed out and there's just been so much stuff going on that I haven't had the time to really go through and figure out where everyone is and what's going on. Tomorrow we are going over to his mom's house to spend some time with her and have my birthday dinner with her. We also have to start talking to her about Christmas. For the last several years we've had it with her because we couldn't take one day off to drive all the way out to my parent's house...but this time we're both gonna be off and it's on a weekend and honestly, I don't know how many more Christmases we'll have with them. All of this depends on what happens when they go to Cali though. If they come back sick, we're not going out there because we can't afford to jeopardize our jobs or health. Today we also actually went to a New Balance store and found some shoes that won't kill my feet to be in all day and would actually give me the support I need.

Everything is just so hectic crazy right now.
So, between trying to watch Duke 24/7, dealing with Shannon being Shannon, and my own procedure coming up this Thursday...I'm just exhausted. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. While I'm recovering, Henry is pretty much gonna be stuck taking care of both dogs. That being said, neither one of us is probably gonna be able to post till this weekend sometime.
I really dfont know what's wrong with me, I feel like I'm going crazy or something though.
