Aric leaving the drink on the ground, stands up, blade in one hand and shield in the other. "Who goes there?"

Aric will spend his time drinking and telling stories from his youth.

"Of course." Aric agrees.

"You are welcome miss. We should keep moving, there may be more of those creatures."

"We are travelers who saw someone in need." Aric says ignoring the second question. "We are headed to that village."

Aric growls as the creature draws blood. He attempts to finish off the creature.

Aric charges forward, letting his rage overtake him.

"We should help them. They will not survive against beasts such as those." Aric draws his blade and rushes towards the attack.

Well Inspired Spell gives +2 to the caster level and the mythic spell gets 1 per caster level so one casting is 4 people in this case. But it costs him 2 mythic power so Thorgrim might be on his own in this case. Or you could let it slide so we can move on.

Aric will start walking in that direction. Are we waiting on someone?

Aric points to the one in the distance. "Over there."

"It is a long story, but he is here to help. But we could use your sword arm in any case. We need to get to that village."

"Thorgrim?!" Aric is surprised to hear the dwarf's voice. He assumed he was lost like the others. "We're over here!" He calls out.

Aric can feel his normally cold resistant body strengthen itself even more against the elements. "Let us go to the village then." Aric says leading the party.

Fine, I guess we could take the easy way out. :)

"We need to find somewhere to wait out this blizzard."

Sweet, but what counts as a fire creature that doesn't have the fire subtype?

"I will honor it well." After he gets the blade he will search for other items. He will search for a belt to to increase his might and a new cloak. Belt of Giant Strength +2 and a Cloak of Resistance +1

So what does the sword do?

"I see. I will use it well."

"I will do my best to get these things then. What is the blade made of? It looks obviously unique."

Aric follows the smith to his forge. "That is a worthy blade. If not coin, what do you wish for it?"

Well I have to do a favor for someone so not technically free. It just doesn't come out of the 20k. I mean he might ask me to help him move or something. I'm not sure you want in on this.

Well since the sword won't come out of the 20k, is there a belt of giant strength? Its 4k.

"That I am." Aric raises an eyebrow at the stranger.

So what favor does the smith want in return for the magic longsword? And what about the +1 Fullplate?

Well I think we're both asking is if what we want is even available since some or all of it is over 2k.

"I could use a wellcrafted blade or a fine suit of armor or something to make me stronger."

+1 Fullplate, +1 Longsword, Belt of Giant Strength...

Aric unabashedly ogles the beautiful Fae queen. "And why all the games and secrets? Why not just tell us who you were and why you were doing this?"

"Yes. No man shall live in chains. Magical or otherwise."

Aric scowls some more. "Yes."
