You did not ever submit the order, so it has not been shipped out to you. If you go to your Account Settings and scroll down to the box titled Partner Redemptions you will go to the page where you input the codes. Scroll down from there and you will see the tabs for payment, shipping, and confirm. Clicking on the confirm tab will show you the details of the order. You need to push the submit order button on that page to submit the order.
You have not been charged for shipping as we do not charge for anything until the order ships.
okay then... idk why it never went through but okay. I guess it was a good thing that it never did- you guys took so long to ship that my Credit card expired so you wouldn't have been able to charge me the shipping.
