The email said there are different shipping options, but I all get is $4.00 per issue. I can find no way to choose anything different or find out what I get for the $4 rate. Am I missing something?Um... I'm not sure if Gary has finished wiring that all up yet. If not, you'll be able to switch it to (I believe) UPS 2-day or UPS Overnight in the near future.
$4 standard shipping gets packed into a stiff cardboard mailer, and then goes by UPS Mail Innovations to a USPS distribution center near you, and delivery is completed by the Post Office. Delivery time should be comparable to first-class mail from Seattle.

You know that "book rate" can still apply to USPS shipping. It might sound like I am being cheap, but $4 a month adds up pretty quick for a $14 book.
Also, I just completed my "order". The shipping choices come up after you enter your credit card info. Maybe switch that so you know exactly what you are getting before entering the CC info.
