Tony starts digging deeper into the computer, trying to see if there is anything still hiding in there.

The first thing that Antonius does is to go over to the computer and start powering it up. He checks to see if there is anything interesting about the blinking diode, and then tries to log in, hacking as needed.

He probably would have had it being copied live, so that he could make a show of deleting it.

Antonius makes sure that he samples a good deal of the best foods that he can, as long as someone else is paying.

Now feeling like I got run over by a bus.

"Help on some unbiased research into the struggles between the formians and the lashunta. Some folks have a theory that the end of the war began a period of greatness for this world.

"Well, gotta be goin'. I'll make sure Professor Mulhali has what she needs, and then I'll delete everything!"

If this was Shadowrun, I'd hack the wireless on the cameras and handle my own feeds.

"Yeah, she accepted 'em." says Antonius, giving a pleasant smile. "Blixa is here to help you with your statement while I am here to record it for you.

"I haven't got anything other than my comm unit, so if you want better quality, maybe I can use some of your video gear? We want your apology to come off as sincere, so that Professor Muhali can't find no excuses that you are just givin' it lip service."

Tony looks around the office for what would look like good lighting, but that would show this blow-hard off in the worst way.

”Sounds good. I am sure we can make it happen. Let’s go. You all common’, or just me an’ Blixa?”

"I am sure I can rig up my comm unit for such a recording. May not be the best quality, so if youz gotta better camera for dat, Professor, mebbe you could lend it to us? We promise to bring it back in one piece!"

"Of course you do." says Rat Tony. "But, I gots to admit he didn't take much of a liking to me. Don't know why, I am usually quite easy to get along wit'.

"I can deliver da message. You want it to be delivered in a soft, congenial-like manner? And you sure you don't wanna deliver it, Blixa? You bein' th' diplomat and all?"

'We could both go, or all of us, just to be safe.'

"So, Professor, does he ever get violent-like?"

Rat Tony just shrugs, and follows Raz out of the room. Once out of the room, but probably not out of earshot, "Well that troublemaker's brewin' up a s#++-storm he ain't gonna like. All and all, don't bother me none."

Later, once out of earshot. "So, Raz, if there is anything that pompous brain has that we need, jus' lemme know. I can go fetch it later. Plus, maybe get to his terminal and post some incriminatin' evidence, if you know what I mean!"

Tony is fully competent in the faking department.

"It ain't just 'cause she's lashunta. Now come on, we're all sentients around here. I would imagine that the wholesale slaughter of sentients would be excruciating on a people that are telepathic and empathetic. Or is data empat'ic. Hell, I dunno. What I'ze sayin' here is dat dem lashuntas ain't cold calculating machines like some folks from around here, and dat dey feel. Eventually there's enough blood on yer hands for anyone to feel remorse. You ever t'ink about 'dat?"

"Well dat was well done, der, Blixa. Honestly didn't know you had it in you!"

"Usually dat sort of attention is aimed at us. Wonder what's up?"

Rat Tony moves up, making his way into the crowd, listening carefully.

"I weren't nuthin'. Really, we were in it for the glory. And the treasure. Mostly the treasure. But that's between you and me, kid, right?"

"Yo! Hey, dere Whaloss! What's shakin'?"

Guess you're not declaring Tony as an exotic pet ;)

"Well, dat wasn't too hard. Good job, there, Blixa! Now, let's go do our research"

”Naw, I know, you are perfectly shiny! Was just a metaphor, you know. Ain’t never been a shinier ship! And I’ll make sure of dat!”

Tony checks out the engines, just to make sure things are adjusted perfectly

”Now that we are back, things are lookin’ better, ship!” replies Rat Tony. ”You ready to shake da crusts outta yer intakes and burn some reaction mass?”

"Sensation seekers? You mean folks like Blixa, or something else? And what profession?" asks Rat Tony

Rat Tony comes back grumbling about how the Starfinder Society would not give or sell him a high-capacity datajack. Sure he could get a regular one, but to get something useful? No,that he didn’t have the clearance for.

"I guess dat will do. T'anks."

We are limited to level + 1 items, right?

”Well, dat sounds like as good of a plan as any. Chiskisk, what’s in it for us? I don’t mean no disrespect, you know dat of course.

“Plus, we’ze could prob’bly use some upgrades on our gear and such. You able to set us up, or git us some first rate weapons at least?”

Rat Tony is not going to make any mods to the AI... though he does plan on having some fun with the robots.

Antonius starts taking advantage of the starship’s design facilities to design a rave-bot that will leave Blixa in awe. Smoke generator, disco ball, and glitter bombs are all part of the fun. He makes sure that all can be retracted into the shell of the robot, and then plans for several laser pointers, set up to be able display a fantastic laser light show

”Well, much as that might be interestin’, lemme t’ink on it a bit. Not supposed sure givin’ our ship virtual drugs is gonna turn out well.

“Plus, I s’pose it should be a mobile dispensary!?”

I predict a GM face-planting in her notes.

"Babe, you know Rat Tony's da best. Whatchoo thinkin'?"

’Oh, gods... now what thought managed to form in that drug-infused brain?’

”Yes, Blixa? You coming around to my idea of shipborn ‘battlebots’?”

"Don't talk about that! Never speak of that again!" glares Rat Tony, as his hand hovers over his laser.

"Raz, did you ask her of that'd be ok?"
