After reading the rules I am a bit confused on one point. Once we have a new adventure path to move on to (say skinsaw murders), are we supposed to remove all of the cards from the previous set (burnt offerings in this case) from the different non-character decks? I am not seeing this explained and am concerned that a continuously building supply of cards would dilute encounters in later adventures.
