About Anibeth Ravenveil

Background
Anibeth was a temple foundling and never knew hew parents. The temple has always treated her well and she readily took her vows when she was of age, as early as they would allow. As a child she studied jewelry making as part of her dedication to honoring Shelyn through the creation of beauty. As she has matured, however, she has felt driven to create more and more public and visible expressions of her faith. She could always be counted to to provide extra help when it came to manual labor for painting simple motifs onto walls, or assisting with gilding.

When she first heard rumors about settling the Stolen Lands, she conceived the grand plan of helping to build the "perfectly beautiful" nation. This desire has led her to talk to, well pester is probably the better word, her superiors and those faithful of Abadar and Erastil that she can find -- seeking knowledge over how a beautiful civilization could be formed in the wilderness. her enthusiasm is great, but her understanding poor. The other faiths, seeking relief from her pestering have prevailed upon her superiors to send her away.

Her superiors decided to send her exactly where she wants to go, to Restov to join one of the expeditions to the Stolen Lands. Hoping that the challenge will teach her patience, and, if Shelyn willing, perhaps see the start of a more beautiful realm.

When at her leisure she can be easily bored by mundane topics, she's happy to discuss philosophical matters on the nature of beauty or her ideas for the new society. In combat she prefers to stay behind the front line, ready to strike with glaive or heal as needed. She's not exactly pampered, but doesn't have a lot of "adventuring" knowledge, yet.

In her time in the temple she has not known love for all that its part of Shelyn's teachings. She secretly hopes to find someone who shares her dream of a new society.

Appearance
Anibeth is young, excitable and energetic. 5'5", 120 pounds. She has long black hair, down to her knees when loose. Normally tightly braided. Hazel eyes. Her face is rather plain and average. She tries to keep herself clean and her clothes/armors in great condition.

Planned growth
She is most likely to stay single class cleric throughout. She is likely to take Heavy Armor at some point -- a suit of decorated full plate suits her notion of battlefield beauty. Otherwise generally focusing on staying competent in combat and excelling at healing. If she ever became lawful (I can't see that happening) should might go for a paladin level or two. Some skills will continue to go into different craft skills, (first attribute bonus will up Int to help generate more skills). Would probably go for the battlefield healer or deny the reaper story feats at some time if those become options.

She'd like to supplement the eventual kingdom building with some downtime building as a patron of the arts -- building theaters, crafthalls, etc. I'm not sure if she'd want to manage them, and I know there's not really a mechanic for "donating" a person built building to the kingdom/city district (different scales in some ways) .. might end up being more "tithe" like, just as a way she'd spend extra money to benefit the community.
