I may be partly responsible for these results, given that I've recently bought a TON of Pathfinder stuff that I've missed in the last few years.

I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more Pathfinder!

Loving this series thus far!

I was curious because I had a weird dream about it the other night: an adventure path described as "Pathfinder's version of Dark Sun", which itself is inspired on the Sword & Planet genre.

It's a shame to hear they're not considering it. Maybe after they've exhausted other ideas...I hope :)

Ah! There's already a huge thread on this...my bad :(

Just curious. Has Paizo considered a sword & planet-style adventure path set in one (or more) of Golarion's neighbors? Would anyone be interested in this? I know I would!

Where's my wallet? Oh! You mean it's not out yet? What are you waiting for then?!

I'm currently in the job market, and as much fun as a job in the game industry sounds, I doubt Paizo has much need for veteran military intelligence analysts :)

Unbalanced - Players who get sick pleasure by seeing how far they can stretch the rules at the game's expense.

Broken - Poor DM's who have to suffer such players.

Running Age of Worms in Eberron. Here's the cast:

Blink, female halfling Rog 3 (Breland)
Disciple, male half-orc Mnk 3 (Breland)
Jader, male human Rgr 4 (Breland)
Kallie, female human Rog 4 (Breland)
Maia, female human Clr 4 of the Sovereign Host (Cyre, displaced)
Protector, male personality warforged Ftr 4 (Cyre, displaced)

This weekend, the group tackles the Labyrinth of Vecna in Three Faces of Evil

I'm an "equal-opportunity" gamer. That's good for games, but sad for my wallet ;) FR will always have a place in my heart as my first campaign setting, Greyhawk has that old-school goodness that FR seems to have misplaced in its current incarnation (but it's there if you look hard enough), and Eberron puts a new spin on my favorite game.

As to the subject at hand, why not run Shackled City or Age of Worms? I'm currently running AoW so I have PLENTY of time for the STAP conversions (please don't throw stones...or rotten veggies) ;P

The EL listed is 3 and if you check the encounter with the skeletons in area 2 it is the same. An EL 3 composed of CR 1/3 individuals translates to 8-10.

I should crack open the DMG more often :P

Has anyobody here replaced any of the episodes in this adventure path with their own creations? If so, did it affect the overall storyline much?

This question seems to pop up every few months...

I used nine human 1st level commoners wielding longspears and wearing leather armor. They arrayed themselves to guard the passage leading deeper into the temple (readied action to set against charge), shouting fervently that the PCs are unlawfully invading their private sanctum.

They didn't last long.

LOL...let's hope it's the same with my group. Thanks!

Anybody know how many cultists are supposed to be in area 3 of the Citadel of Hextor?

My question is this: Does anyone know of any Knowledge check tables for Greyhawk similar to the "What do you know?" sidebars in the Player's Guide to Eberron?

Got a spare $4.95? Check this out:

It's 2E, but it's mostly fluff so it should fulfill your player's needs.

Hands up if you browse this forum at work, when you should be working?

As for me, it's the only place I have the time to, which is strange in itself...

I'm off today, but I have important errands to do. But I don't wanna! I just wanna be lazy at home all day...WAAAAAAHH!

It's my first con...ever and I've been playing RPGs for over 16 years, so I'm kind of interested what any Gen Con veterans have to say. Here's a dumb question: I accidentaly registered for two events, one right after the other. A Mark of Heroes game and the True Dungeon right after that. Do you all think I will be able to do the game and get to the True Dungeon in time or am I going to have to give some lucky gamer a Mark of Heroes ticket? (No way I'm giving up the True Dungeon!)
