I don't see where in this order my PDF file is included.

Thanks,

I had an order go missing this afternoon.

One minute it was there, next thing it seems to have disappeared.

Could you possibly check the status of my order?

-- Andy

There is a typo, "availabe".

... how much this will affect anything, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in the event that it's causing some other problems.

I noticed today that "Pathfinder Adventure Path: Skull & Shackles Pawn Collection Print Edtion" is misspelled. It might just be a typo.

Regards,

-- Andy

I've always had a soft spot for Traveller, and Agent of the Imperium looks interesting.

It's on my list in a few months!

2 people marked this as a favorite.

I feel sorry for that poor baby. :(

Awesome job Paizo team.

Greetings Customer Service folks.

A while back I ordered a hard copy of a Pathfinder thingy from "auto-acknowledge@target.com".

Alas, it never made it to me ("Estimated delivery: October 28, 2010 to November 16, 2010").

I can forward e-mails ... suffice it to say I think it was out of stock.

I just put something in my sidecart, and recalled reading this.

I'd *really* like this version. I need some help. :D

Regards,

-- Andy

Howdy, you Customer Service folks!

I just posted this over on the HeroLab Product Discussion page.

Once I read it I realized it's more either a Customer Service question or Website Feedback question.

I'm walking out the door right now, or I'd delete that post and put it over here.

Thank you very much.

... something's amiss!

I just purchased the The Wormwood Mutiny Paper Minis, but my Pathfinder Advantage wasn't applied.

The Pathfinder Advantage wasn't showing up in my shopping cart either, but I'm planning on messing a bit with this content today and wanted to go ahead and get it.

Could one of you guys give this product a look-see and make sure it's correctly flagged, and credit my account (looks like I've a shipment going out next week, assuming I don't buy some stuff before then!)?

Thanks for all your efforts. :D

Howdy!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question, but I trust the folks at Customer Support to see it's sent along to the right people.

I was viewing my PDF copy of The Inner Sea World Guide last night on my iPad ... and was bitten by what I suspect's some iOS strangeness.

Page 240 should display a graphic of the Great Beyond, but on my iPad all I could see was the text and some of the vector artwork on the page (the arrows and the circle indicating the boundary between the inner and outer spheres). It's as if the bit-mapped artwork isn't there at all.

I checked a few moments ago here on my desktop machine (an iMac running Win7 Service Pack 1, Adobe Reader X version 10.1.3) and it rendered fine.

I tried using both GoodReader (v 3.14.2) and iBooks (v 2.11) under iOS 5.1 on my iPad. Neither rendered the bit-mapped image. I was tempted to install an AirPrint kludge for my wireless printer and see if I could print it, but haven't yet (but am willing to try if it helps trouble-shoot this issue).

Could one of you technical folks double-check this for me and ensure I've not got something wonky going on? If it's reproducible, any idea of what's going on?

It's pretty minor, I realize, but this is the first time I've not had pixel-perfect PDFs from you folks on my iPad.

Thanks for your time, and my regards.

Howdy Paizo!

I've been reticent to ask about this, simply because I've had my fingers and several toes crossed hoping the USPS might come through with this order.

However, it doesn't look like the physical portion of this order is going to make it to me.

I've had trouble trying to determine when exactly this shipped: the order page associated with this order shows it was placed on July 21, 2011; last week I was feeling a bit antsy about not getting a white envelope from you folks and checked, and it seemed I'd read somewhere here on the website it had actually shipped on the 28th of July (and figured 2 weeks was pretty close to 8-10 business days or whatever).

Dunno.

Anyway, I've not yet received the physical portion of this order (I'm seeing the pdfs available in My Downloads, so I know the order was processed in some manner by you folks, it didn't just fall off the edge of the planet / intarwebz).

I went by the local post office today, and they don't have it.

Anyway, what's the next step I should take here?

I don't mind waiting until Pathfinder Adventure Path #50 ships circa early September for the physical portions, or even paying separate shipping if it's easier for you folks / your back-end processes to the get the order fulfilled and out of your que and on your way towards me again.

My regards, and thank all you folks for all your efforts.

Wow.

I wasn't sure I wanted to pull out the map from my copy of the Inner Sea World Guide.

Now, I know I won't. I'll order this!

Thanks, Paizo!

I've Order # 1641130 sitting in the store as of Thursday (under "Pending"),

and I just placed Order # 1644498 (also showing "Pending").

I screwed up and didn't click the "combine orders" button when I was subscribing to the Campaign Setting, and I'd like just one shipment.

While I suspect you folks will just combine the orders anyhow (because I know you are good), I just want to bring this to your attention.

Thanks for all your efforts!
