I haven't seen anything about it yet, but can we expect a holiday discount this year? I've got a long list of stuff in my cart...

Will Paizo be running a holiday discount? I haven't seen any mention of it and I have a long list to buy for this year. :)

I ordered my subscription in Septemeber, and according to "My Account" my first issue should have been 139. It has not arrived, but 140 and 141 have arrived. I know that it says it can take up to 8 weeks for the first issue to get to me, but it seems like that time is up. Can someone look into this?
