Question about rewards in "Into the Unknown".

Do players receive the items listed at the bottom of the chronicle sheet after the scenario is completed? If so, does everyone receive the same reward?

How far can I throw an object?

My character gain a new level and may to increase his ability scores. He increases abilities, one of which is Constitution. Con modifier changes. Does my character get additional HP for previous levels like SP (SFCR, 26: Leveling Up, step 1)?
