Fire affinity for the Ifrit read as the following: "Ifrit spellcasters with the Fire domain use their domain powers and spells at +1 caster level".

I am I to do a warpriest, I don't really have domains like a cleric, but I do choose blessing in accordance to my deity's domains. If I choose the fire blessing, does that count as having the fire domain?

And if I were to choose the lavasoul Ifrit, which is the same thing but with the ash domain, since there are no blessings for subdomains I can't choose it, but would simply serving a deity with that domain work?

My guess is that the answer to both is no, but I wanted to make sure.

I am a little confused with the Halcyon spell rules. I am playing a wizard, magaambyan attendant cascade bearer with the Halycon speaker dedication.

In the Lost Omens Character Guide, page 100, it describe halcyon spells. It says "Halcyon spells are prepared or cast just like other spells granted by your class; for example, a wizard who gained halcyon spells would add them to their spell list and their spellbook, while a sorcerer would add them to their spell list and their spell repertoire".

However, in the Halcyon speaker dedication, it says "You gain access to two common Halcyon cantrips and two common 1st-level halcyon spells (see halcyon spells on page 100). In addition to being able to cast your halcyon spells via your arcane or primal spell slots, you also gain a 1st-level halcyon spell slot. You can use your halcyon spell slots to spontaneously cast your halcyon spells".

I understand that I am able to cast halcyon spells via my regualr wizard spell slots the way those slots work (meaning they need to be preapred), but I do not need to prepare the halcyon spell slots and they can be used to spontaneously cast any halcyon spell (not the ones from my wizard call) I have of that level (or even heightened them to the maximum level of my halcyon spell slots level)?
