M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Alphonse never responds to Faelyn's suggestion for gossip gathering.

"Well, hopefully you and your friends can stay out of trouble. Oh, tell Lucrezia there is no word on Orn, so no sale." He pauses reflectively,"She may not want to buy him if he gets back, I can imagine his spirit will be broken.'

The female's eyes light up at the word, broken.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"What action are you speaking of Faelyn Sindrel and why would I share with your gambling likes?" Alphonse replies.

That comment brings a gruff laugh from the dwarf. Although the dwarf has a battle axe strapped to his back, the more interesting item that has your attention is his bronze horseshoe staff.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He grins, "You sure are ballsy."

The exotic female arches a thin brow at you, then runs her tongue over her pouty ruby lips, when you intrusively sit down.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"I had private game last night."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Lucrezia only:
"Orn's got a brother, huh? He looks over to the Hellknight. "I may consider selling him but right now he is indisposed." He looks back to Lucrezia, "Ah, your fame from your play, so you are quitting? Where are you moving to?

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Lucrezia Only:

"You've been real spotty showing for shifts lately, then another bouncer just disappears leaving her belongings and the two of you were seen leaving together that day... what have you been up to?" He waves to the Hellknight Lt.,"I've asked the Hellknights to look into a delicate matter for me. This is Lt. Julistarc."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Lucrezia Only:

In the office is Alphonse, a member of the clergy of Asmodeus, and a stern looking Hellknight. "Well its about time you've rejoined us."

Assuming she gets an answer, Lucrezia will walk in. "There was just a squad of HellKnights here and none of 'em was customers. Is there something that your security staff need to be knowing about? I need to know how I should be treating those fellas if they come back."

Alphonse looks up in contemplative manner, biting his chubby lower lip "Business is great, keep the talent working and you'll be fine. Looks like we will be expanding treat those folks like you treat me."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

The rest of the evening is uneventful at the Grotto. The talent is busy as their rooms ar filled with paying clients. Orn's eyes are heavy as he taps another keg getting the place ready for the morning. Silas busies himself cleaning the bar while his wife closes up the kitchen.

Alphonse has not been seen all evening.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

About thirty minutes later alphonse emerges from the room, Tracy git to the bunk room and clean em up." He is leading six armed men wearing colors. know: nobility DC13 or local DC15

Silas...give 'em drinks tonight...he looks at the girls and others, they are have my blessings service them on the house." He turns shaking hands with on aristocratic looking person then nods at the scribe nearby.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Your boss walks around the room towards you still laughing, he takes his stubby hand and cops a firm arse feel as he sends you on his way.

Lucrezia:
Hopefully you are beginning to detest his being.

Hmmm...I wonder if this could be useful. "Have them submit their offers in writing to me and I will look them over and let them know if I will be willing to see them or not. You may let them know that I am not accepting just anyone as a client and will be very particular in any selection that I may make. If they will want me, they will be willing and pay quite a bit if they think they are getting a rare privilege.

And I can run my clientele list past the others and see if anyone is on it that I need to pump for any information. And I don't to actually accept any of the offers if I don't want to...

There is thunderous guttural laughter, his voice wheezes, "i..i...i...n wr..wr... i, ...wr..i..t..t...en she d...de....demands."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He puts is stubby fingers on his double chin then he begins to stroke slowly,"I've been approached by few dandy aristocrats. Of course, there is sampling before hand." His villainous calculating processing the fees to be earned. "Since your famed artistic performance...well, the offers have arrived." His chubby fingers extend towards you.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"You know..." he has a creepily long pause, "...you could be a higher end girl at the club" He wiggles his eyebrows at you. ecky

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Yes, its going to be a busy night, warship and merchant galley, unexpectedly docked. Lots of work for the talent. Keep an eye on Orn, he may be out for some blood to boost his ego from his beating today. Your responsible for the new girl she's bit loopy. Don't quiet get her yet...seems a bit dim-witted." He eyes his employee. "You gonna do the encore play?"

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"H..h..h..e.llo, have seat. Care for drink? My you are looking wonderful lately. Your toned muscles accenting your better features."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Lucrezia...step in the office."

Faelyn Sindrel wrote:
Faelyn slides the coin back to Alphonse. let me stay the next couple of nights and we will call it even. You know I will drop some coins on alcohol and your fine stew. When is our game?

"Could be Moonday or Toilday." Then he walks away.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Alphonse tosses his coin on the table and scowls as he stands, "Get him up. You can start tonight...what do I call you bruiser?" He barely waits for the reply.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He simply gives a quick nod.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Looks like its back work for you, lil girl. Don't run away for him."

---
"A gold piece on Orn," one of the customer's comments. Another customer takes the bet. That is followed by a few other bets flying across the bar.

"She's nimble but she won't be able to take his meaty paw across the chops."

the notes are neat, how did you do that?

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Pick her up and toss out Orn." He jibes his big brute.

---

The half orc snarls.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He laughs, "YOU Defending things? You look like you couldn't take a punch to the head."

Orn comes downstairs as this statement is made. "Orn whack her that should knock some sense into her vocational thoughts."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He looks up, "A friend of the lovely Tracy, I see." His eyes scanning your body "...yes, bed work is available to hard workers." He smirks.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He chuckles, "Of course, I know the actors were here. Lucrezia works here and flops here, heck she even beds that half-wit orc. The harlot Andrea couldn't stay away from a good whore house if she was submerged in an ice bath." He laughs out loud, "And well, Orsin...lets just say he's a dandy."

He takes a drink of coffee, his lips smack, "Nothing like freshly ground chicory coffee." There is a pausation, "Knucklebones...that's the game."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Pulling up a chair to Faelyn's table, "I heard you spent the night at least I recovered a few silvers from out last card game." The owner waves over Silas to bring his coffee. "So, I'm putting together a game are you interested?"

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Good job yesterday," he tosses you leather coin purse. "Best night in the house in a long time." He then looks down at his ledger and writes as if you are not standing there anymore.

When you count out the purse later it contains 27 gold pieces.

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Alphonse quickly raises the price of entrance charging a cover charge to see the survivors, making good on the celebrity status of his club. He whispers in Lucrezia's ear, "Good job today, I'll cut you in on the door take tonight. you and your friends can drink on the house tonight."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Lucrezia over the next few weeks Orn seems thrilled with the new friendship he has developed with you. He is always careful when the Master is around and the working girls make sure they do not rib him too much.

Alphonse seems to be have gotten better with his demeanor now, he talks about adding to his staple of girls. At one point in time he approaches you to see if you want to earn "good" coin like the others? "Course that sailor mouth of yours should attract plenty of special customers, just fine."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

A sly grin crosses his face at the rage building in her. "Yes, so I've already heard from Lord Missepi himself yesterday. Fortunately."

He gives you the same look as when buying a pleasure slave. "To my surprise, I've been asked Not to terminate your services.I will see you back at work tomorrow."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

He simply sits there staring for a few moments as Lucrezia enters the room and rambles about the kidnapping.

"Oh yes, I've heard about the kidnapping and actually witnessed the four dead Missepi family guards and the coachman in my own alley." His stern look. "I actually had to endure several days of personal hell answering to the dottari, the Rack, and oh, don't let me forget the Missepe family. WHO if I must remind you is a large shipping merchant in the city."

He takes a good long look at you. "At first I was accused of planning this event...Why do you ask? Because my bouncer went missing!"

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

Mr. Alphonse Lourdou has never shied away from distinguishing himself as a "have" versus "the have nots" in life. Although not a "noble' by birth right, he certainly has attained wealth from being a shipping merchant and purveyor of entertainment. Regardless of how much tangible wealth he has been able to gather, he has yet to acquire his biggest goal - noble title. This has eluded him since his relocation to Westcrown some 10 years previous.

His taste of finery is clearly visible within his spacious office. The scent of spices from far away lands linger in the air, attractive silks adorn the chairs, while the rarest polished redwood serves as his desk.

Hearing the knock on door, precisely as the large gold and silver trimmed clock strikes 12 bells. "Enter."

M Human, NPC Expert/Merchant

"Orn, if Lucrenzia decides to come down today," he pauses a brief moment "have her come to my office."

---
"Yes, sir." the nervous slave responds.
