No, Wizards only gain two spells when they level up. They can add more by copying from other Wizards spellbooks or from scrolls or from costly spell research.
In several of the Planet Stories books I see this Solider typo replacing the word Soldier. Please update your spellchecking program so this typo can be avoided in the future. This Solider typo is just about the only typo I see in your books so keep up your good work.
1. Yes, I will convert, I already have preordered the 4E core Rulebooks. 2. & 3. Paizo's conversion to 4E or not won't affect me, I only buy Planet Stories books.
I didn't really like Black God's Kiss because I saw Jirel as a one-dimensional character. She is described as a flame-haired, yellow-eyed permanently pissed-off, heavily armored furie. The stories also had a bit too much purple prose for my liking. I really liked the Quest of the Starstone though, the Northwest Smith character was fun. I have pre-ordered the Northwest Smith antology and look forward to reading it.
I haven't read any of Edmund Hamilton's books yet but I have some fond childhood memories of a German dubbed anime TV series of Captain Future. I'd love to read a Captain Future compilation.
Earlier this year the Mushroom Tangle Dungeon Tile was included with a Dragon Magazine. I love that tile because it is useful in some D&D adventures and it is an additional dungeon Tile for the minis game. I would love it if more Dungeon Tiles could be included with Dragon Magazine, especially those from the retailer promo kits. Maybe a tile pack with 4 or 6 Dungeon Tiles could be included with a Dragon with a 1 dollar price increase to cover the printing cost. |
