So, are there any plans to offer hand bound digest sized books (ala MÖRK BORG, Vast Grimm, Into the Odd, CY_BORG, etc.. physical copies)?

I just figured I'd ask, knowing what the answer likely is...

Is anyone aware of a software library (i.e. in the C++, C#, Java... sense) that contains the Pathfinder 2E ruleset, for 'easy' integration with 3rd party game engines?

I assume the OwlCat folks rolled their own "Pathfinder Adjacent" rules engine for their games.

The closest thing I can come up with is the Pathfinder 2e system for Foundry, perhaps that could be adapted?

Anyway, just looking for thoughts from other folks out there who may find such a product of interest.

Note: I'm not looking to get it for free, but like anyone, if it's free as in beer I'll take it too :)

p.s. I also know all the caveat such as 'this isn't well defined and is usually determined by GM ruling' where the developer using the library will have to make those determinations in their code.

I won't need anything beyond the Foundry modules.

I will want, and probably get the PDFs.

I won't need physical copies of the APs at all.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

What sort of turnaround can we expect on a new release of the PDF with all of the day 1 errata corrected?
PDF will not get the errata until the books are reprinted. Adding errata into a book requires reformatting that book to make sure everything lines up, and they only do that when they do a print run.

Gotcha. Kind of sucks for the PDF folks, since all of the prep is done in digital and completed before being sent to the printers. PDF folks could get it as soon as they finish tweaking the adjusted layout. Perhaps even catching more typos BEFORE they send it off the the printers again.

The Kickstarter itself, even the FAQ there, specifically states Steam only. It is the primary reason I have not backed the project. If it actually ends up on GOG I'll pick it up then.
