Hi there,

About 3 weeks ago my order was delivered with bad damage to the box (ie bent nearly 45 degrees). The dice sets enclosed were fine, however the GameMastery Combat Pad was beyond repair. As advised, I contacted UPS and shortly there after they picked up the package for damage inspection. I was told someone would be in touch with me soon.

I have yet to hear anything from either party, let along information about a replacement or refund, for about 2 weeks. Having even the damaged goods out of my possession, I'd really like a status update.
