Physical Description
Aleria bears all of the physical markers of years of Chelaxian blood, giving the only hint to her possible heritage. Aleria wears her hair long, secured in a wrist thick braid, hanging to her waist and bound tightly with a length of leather cord. She wears a simple symbol of Irori, made of iron, which hangs from a cord around her neck. The only other jewellery or adornment she wears is a single silver hoop earring, the only thing remaining from her mysterious birth mother.
Aleria is dressed in a plain and simple outfit, suited to travel within the border, consisting of a plain blue tunic over a white shirt and a pair of light grey canvas pants. Her sleeves are pinned back leaving her forearms bare. While travelling Aleria wears a dark grey cloak with a deep cowl which is cinched at the neck by a clasp in the shape of a fist.
History
Storms wracked the border region the night Aleria was found on the steps of the Temple. She was found wrapped in a simple blue cloak, one bearing the symbol of the Crusade, lying in a wicker basket, accompanied only by a letter and a single silver earring. The letter, penned by who the Mother Superior assumed must be her mother, detailed little but the girls name and her heritage.
Aleria was raised by the brothers and sisters of the Temple of Irori, instructed in the tenets of the God and thought much in the way of Healing. She spent her youth as an acolyte, serving the full Priests and Priestesses in any way she could.
Aleria was as inquisitive and willful as any young girl can be when she is being raised by the Acolytes of the God of History. She would often venture out into the wilderness around Kenabres, staying to the peripherals of the City as she was never truly brave enough to go further. On one such sojourn into the wilds she got turned around, losing herself in a dense fog that sprung out of nowhere. She found herself lost and alone and thoroughly stranded in the lands surrounding the Wound, far from home and behind enemy lines.
