I haven't ordered anything from Paizo before so I thought I may have been doing something wrong, but I don't seem to be.
I tried to order some PDFs from the store and it came up that my card was declined due to "Error 558" and asked for a new payment method. I made sure I had enough money for the payment before I started so I re-entered the card details, incase I wrote them wrong, to no avail. I checked my order history to be sure it wasn't a false message. No dice.
A quick Google search turned up that conflicts between shipping and billing addresses occure when they aren't the same, so I checked what my shipping address is. Lo and behold, it says I have no shipping address but when I clicked on "manage addresses" it came up with "You have no active addresses" and no option to add one.
What should I do?
