Anyone happen to have a handy crash course in WBL?

Got a lil unsure now that it seems to include worn items and such.

As I understand it you have multiple lists as a suggestion in the WBL table.

One suggesting how many permanent items the group should get, One suggesting how many Consumables the group should get and then a suggestion for how much cash they should get in addition to the rest.

And there is one column that totals up the value of the other three to give you an idea of the total value of stuf including items and cash the characters should recieve

As part of this order I started the rulebook subscription But I was only ever charged for the core rule book.

I thought that the bestiary was also part of the subscription or was I wrong about that?
