So the party I play in recently ran into a Seugathi and lost half our number (CR 6 my butt), but I came away from the fight with a question about it's Confusion Command ability. It states,
"As an immediate action, a seugathi can issue a telepathic command to a confused creature within 30 feet. This allows the seugathi to pick a result from the confusion behavior table, rather than the confused creature rolling randomly for its actions that round."
The confused condition states,
"Any confused character who is attacked automatically attacks its attackers on its next turn, as long as it is still confused when its turn comes."
My question is, the Seugathi's Confusion Command takes control of the confusion table, however "attacking an attacker" seems to supersede the confusion table. So, can the Seugathi command a confused creature that has been attacked, and is stuck in the "attacking an attacker" portion of confusion?
Sorry if my question is poorly worded, and thanks.
