I dont think she's the type that would appreciate brown-nosing (though that may just be my perception).I always figured an overdeveloped sense of self-worth was inherent in divinity.
Far from it, to my eyes. Worshipping a deity means that one recognizes that they are imperfect and could use guidance from a higher being in order to improve.
Otherwise, you are placating your god, not worshipping them.
