Scenario items

Confirmation Notes:

We are to explore some caves in the Kortos ranges to discover what the gillmen are doing there at full moon.

Swarms are best defeated by area of effect spells, acid and alchemist's fire also work well

When we approached the caves we spotted a minotaur that also spotted us. Janira went of to distract it, ordering us to explore the caves. She gave us her backpack.

In the caves we found a pit, dug out a year ago. Further on there was a plank, which led to the conclusion that something or someone is also in the caves

We found inscriptions and figures representing some of the guises of the dead God Aroden, once the patron of Absalom. I recognized one as the Beggar, shown in a drawing kneeling with an alms bowl raised high. Another is the Farmer, shown plowing a field of four lines.

There are other figures, but it's not entirely clear what they represent. I copied them to bring to Janira and Kreighton Shane to be studied further.

We found a miniature version of Absalom and performed two rituals to the dead god, which should give us some luck according to the ancient Gillman that was praying at the site.

At his request we explored the cavern and found the body of a dead damphir who, according to his diary, had been raising dead. Near the body we encountered a few skeletons. My spell worked fantastic at first and then the others made do with the other skeletons.

Further on we encountered a couple of kobolds at the other end of a stream. They were keen on attacking us and we obliged. After the others killed one of them I cast sleep and they could not resist my magics. We argued about what we should do with them but at the end decided to kill them as letting them roam about would bring problems to the gillmen.

Leaving the caves we heard Janira still combating the Minotaur so we went of to help her.
