Aardiac's page

Aardiac didn't reslly sleep too well. She was plagued with horrible nightmares of thigns beyond, with the addition of what she saw above just recently. She awakes with a sigh, knowing her eldrich magic has once again returned to her. She spends any spare time she has praying to aspu.

"indeed. For every minute we spend bickring, it's a minute you arne't safe, and a minute you don't get to know what has happened above. If we can all manage together, here, then we can press on... But not at a pace that threatens any one of you. Are any of you too tierd to move on?"

Aardaic is suprized at the sudden conflict, and starts to say something, before realizing that someone else has it handled, and returning to standing about, not wanting to interrupt the others.

Aardiac looks to the wounds, and touches then gently with her spell, healing them fully.

I'm running out of bardic preformance, and so far, that seems to be most of what I can contirbute.

Oh, and I'm also holding a healing spell intended for the dwarf.

Aardiac stands and watches as the dwarf crumbles apart, then holds her hand far away from her, still glowing with it's healing spell.she breathes a bit, and looks about, remaining quiet, before eventually speaking up in common.
"does anyone need healing? I cast this spell, and don't need it myself..."

Aardiac attempts to move into the room, and sees the creature.

Aardiac doesn't really seem to be able to go anywhere, but attempts to draw close to the action nonetheless, and starts her crazy pantomime performance.

Aardiac is rather preoccupied looking at the hooded man, mouth slightly ajar. Her tail twitches about, and thanks to it's length, almost desturbed the silence by hitting the floor. She pulls it in front of her and holds it in one hand, as if telling it to be quiet.

Aardiac sighs, and nods.
"yeah. That would be the safe thing to do."

Aardiac tires to help.

Aardiac takes the shot at the giant fly when everyone else does.

Aardiac draws her own crossbow, and takes aim.

Aardiac watches the fly for a while.
"Perhaps that would be best?"

aardiac nods.
"yeah, that could be good. Or the dwarves might not even be here anymore. No idea."

"qglr? Gia sus.. Qglr?"
Aardiac stammers as the serpent attacks her, panicking quite a bit. Yet somehow, she retains some composure. Aardiac steps back, draws her crossbow, and takes a shot.

Aardiac attempts to keep up. She quickly realizes those two will do a better job, and slips back.

Aardiac actually doesn't have more to say, and gets ready to head out with the others.

Aardiac squeezes out into the larger part of the cavern, hopefully letting everyone behind her through.

Aardiac, lacking any better option, attempts to distract the creatures from talik, while still doing her insane, strange pantomime.

Nonetheless, she starts guesturing like mad, trying to direct what's going on wordlessly.

stealth, with take 10, is 20. Gunneraxx you have another +4 becuase of your size, like all kobolds.

"I'm not sure how much you understood, but there is a potential threat up ahead. We're tryi to figure out how to deal with it."
Aardiac addresses the humans before turning back, listening to tactics the group may have in mind.

"well, it's good to have supplies if we wind up down here for a while."
She looks in the direction of the place where vermin are supposedly located.
"you think we could sneak up on them?

"more vermin? That can't be good... I haven't seen him."
Aardiac looks around for the kobold, but doesn't notice anything.

"I guess we should, get going then, as soon as we get a report. Or sooner, if need be."

"don't think we really have food. I don't, anwyay. Nor any weapons sized for them."

"It wasn't much of something you could provide council on, I'd think. Anyway, he... And apparently him too, are going ahead to scout."

well, talking is the only thing I'm good at...
"Yeah, ok."

Aardiac continues to try and calm down, before finally getting to the point she understands everyone again.

I wonder if Aardiac is bias becuase of living off of the generosity of travelers for a while.

Aardiac seems to lack a lot of that draconic pride intrinsic to the race.

Dra'zaak prefers pickled foods over rotten ones. His stomach can't quite handle the latter, but he loves the briney taste of pickles! (Pickled meats, mind you, not picked cucumbers)

Aardiac's stomach can't handle rotten food, either... She likes it nonetheless, and they'd to be mildly annoyed that she can't eat it without often getting sick.

I don't know if the maggot's meat is rotten or not - its just maggot meat. Certainly disgusting, but Dra'zaak wouldn't risk eating rotten spider meat.

I'm talking about the spider. ^_^

Rotten meat? Sounds good to me.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a trait that would let you eat rotten food, so I just with with resilient.

Aardiac pauses a moment.
"Alright, everyone? If we try, I think we could get you all out of here safely. First... Horgus. Any grudge you have against this woman can wait until we get out, and if she truly if a thief, then you can talk to whatever authorities may remain."
Aardiac fetches the log aneveria is going for.
"Don't hurt yourself. Here, I'll get it for you."
she quickly returns the wood to her.
"And ar... Av... Uh. Sorry. I'm a little overwhelmed, I can't remember your name. Of course I can help. I can't leave an injured man behind. Be it a broken leg or blindness. At this point, grudges and worries about what any of you may have been in the past is irrelevant. Currently, we all want to live, and there isn't much else for us to worry about... So let's find a way out of here."

I have no preference.

I could take any of them.

Alter self seems suiting, but considering how my stats look, fairly unneeded.

Sacred weaponry won't be of much use, but will allow me to pierce DR, and since I lack any bonus to base damage, could be useful as well.

None of them are of too much use to me, but that's because my build is really odd.

I have no plans as to what I get.

Aardiac takes a deep breath to calm down, then turns to the blind elf, walking nearby.
"That's.... Not good."
She says, examining his eyes, or lack thereof.
"Everything's alright for now... There were some... Extremely large maggots, but they're dead now. We've fallen into a cavern after..."
Aardiac breathes deeply for a moment, trying to keep calm- starting to speak alko again would be... Bad right now.
"Terendelev... died... and managed to save some people from Khaorramzeda. Us, namely."

Aardiac spews some nonsense, an incompressible, foul language. Nervous, she prepares to take aim with her crossbow, but doesn't really want to fire into combat, for fear of hitting gunneraxx. She moves in an attempt to get as many people within range as possible, and begins gesturing wildly, pointing places and at things, in some semblance of an attempt to encourage people to go where they're needed.

Aardiac mutters, keeping her attention on the spider and drawing her crossbow.

That's a bleeding woman, Aardiac, not a bleeding man. =P

Excusable for a kobold to have trouble telling the two apart, but the women do have a tendency to have pronounced secondary sexual characteristics.

Man? Woman? She was hurt.

"A broken leg? Hmm. That's... Unfortunate."
And I have no idea how fragile humans are... So better safe then sorry.
She looks over towards the carcass, not really seeing what he was talking about, but trusting his judgment nonetheless.
