I a have party approaching the ruined castle of the minotaur king. It's basically a maze that the group will have to fumble around in until they find the princess. The story is loosely based off beauty and the beast.

Any tips and ideas on the most efficient way of running this? I fear letting them walk aimlessly about can get tiresome and tedious.

I'm wanting to utilize these decks in my campaign, but I'm not sure if I want to use these as written. I have some vague ideas on how these can work, but I'm looking for some ideas.

Any variant rules or fun ideas being used out there?

We're thinking about giving this a serious go. I'm looking for advice from people who've played in or ran games with gestalt characters. Anything I need to look out for? Any good house rulings on making this smoother?

I am considering averaging saves and BAB. With hit points I've considered letting them roll both hit dice and keep the highest. Opinions?

I'm currently running my first Pathfinder game. It's by no means my first GM experience though. I've ran 2nd edition and 3.5, and even Werewolf. So, I know the rules and I can run a game hardly prepared, but my biggest problem is that I'm completely scatter brained and very unorganized.

How do other GMs out there prepare game notes, adventure stats, city info, Npcs, etc...
I've use google docs, word docs, note cards, binders, and even facebook messages lol.

I'm just curious to see what other GMs are doing out there.
