Hello! My order has still not shipped, saying it's waiting on backordered products. But the only item in it is the most current Outlaws of Alkenstar volume, so I'm not sure why that would be the case? Any help is much appreciated, have a good afternoon!

Can't stress how upset I am by the necessity, but they keep cutting hours at work, so I can't handle those books for the moment. Fingers crossed I get that new job and can pick it back up soon.

I cancelled my subscriptions on the first because my group decided to stop playing together. Recently, I've started talks to start up another group, so I went to buy the Mwangi Expanse book in preparation, but the site says I've already bought it. Is the site mistaken, or did I not cancel in time and have the book on the way already?

I keep trying to get into my cart to remind myself what's in there(It says two items, but I was sure I purchased everything I need), but whenever I click on the icon or on "view cart", the page keeps glitching and reloading with no end.
