If you want to look into COrmyr and its nobility I encourage it. Foppish would be interesting as the Neighboring Sembia is an Oligarchy with Merchant Princes and Marsember the CIty of SPices thinks itself too good for Suzail and the rest of COrmyr. Thus think they are superior.
Nobles are either, Well Established Families, often bestowed by the King, sometimes former heroes, or powerful merchants or sages. Names use Chondathan, And the kingdom is very King Arthurs Court in elements. Cormyrean nobles be them lesser or greater often heavily int intrigue. THough this is the average noble.
You could be a member of a new noble house, one that is part of Marsembers ever-growing Merchant class, be them shipwrights, Spice Merchants, possibly fishermen or even other possibilities like your grandfather was an adventurer, or even a Naval Captain and was given holdings in Marsember by the King for heroic services.
I like the idea of my grandfather having been a former naval captain, given holdings in Marsember for services rendered, like you suggested. Lets go with that!

You were given money By Lord Firedrop to pay for an official Charter, but were then tasked by the War WIzard Lemont the Long to seek out the Huanted Halls of Eveningstar on behalf of the War Wizards.

What is the name of Lord Herrod Firedrop's daughter? And did Terion have some sort of rapport with her?
Lynessia Firedrop: age 18, dishwater blonde, green eyes, She has a beautiful face, except for a large nose that has been broken a couple of times. Eldest Daughter of Herrod, from his first marriage.

The sad truth is I think I rushed into this faster than I had wanted to. Also, I have been looking for another player to fill in for Rizz and haven't gotten one yet. So I am gonna delay this for maybe a couple of months and start it again. Especially with better notes
I am sorry to hear it, but I understand. Personally I prefer starting with a MUCH lesser scale, at village level, and then take it from there. Makes things more manageable and you can build it in layers. As players explore, you add more and more. That is one of the good things about PbP, you always have time to check and read before you have to post anything :)
DM, can you go ahead and set this campaign to inactive then please?
