Upkeep: in my version, Upkeep is done once per beginning of the month. As per purchase agreement: the first month of taxes are paid so you will not owe taxes until “Month 2” to give you chance to turn a profit. Taxes per month will be at 10% of the total building value.
Activity: I was planning on each PC giving me as generic or specific actions for the week as they see fit. Normal craft rules apply: find the price in GP; roll a Craft check x DC / 7 = progress. When Progress is = or greater then the item is finished. If you get to x2 Progress you create 2 by the end of the day.
Income: only one person can make a Income roll for the building, anyone can do it but it must be labeled in the roll and first roll is the one I will take.
Event: I will roll on my Discord channel. If you want the channel you can join it if you’d rather discuss things there too if it’s easier.

Alchemical Silver
Ammo adds +1gp per each Arrow, Bolt, or Bullet
All Other Weapons add +15gp per pound that the weapon weighs. This gives a range of +15gp for a Dagger up to +180gp for a Great Sword.
