I'll reload Blackjack's Rapier to use my Acrobatics+1d6+2+1d4, I've got a belt, I don't have the 2-handed trait, so I get 1d4 + my devil forms. Norge eats his AD6 monster, Fell Veridio eats his AD5 monster. And I'll take the smaller of Feiya's hexes.
Combat 27/19: 1d12 + 8 + 1d6 + 2 + 1d4 + 1d4 + 1 + 2 + 1d8 + 6 + 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 8 + (4) + 2 + (2) + (1) + 1 + 2 + (3) + 6 + (2, 1) + 5 = 44
The 4 is actually a 6, so 46 total.
