the speaker gets interrupted mid-sentence as he spits up blood, and looks down. Three black claws are through his chest, from a figure in a cloak behind him.

the cloaked figure speaks in a low, powerful voice, that carries quite well.

the figure pulls his claws out of the man's chest, he falls to the ground, and the crowd starts panicking.

Looking at the bloody mess in the man's chest the first thought in Helix's mind was I wonder if I could get claws like that. the man's hood slips down, revealing dark black hair and glowing red eyes. His skin is dark as the night sky, except his teeth; His teeth are a perfect white contrast to his skin as he smiles broadly.

"Well now, don't we have someone brave in the crowd."

he flicks his arm down and takes something from a pouch on his cloak- a small statue of a lizard.
"Let's see if that bravery lasts."

the man throws the figurine in the air, and speaks some words in a strange language. The figurine flashes, and turns into a gigantic lizard, about as long as 80 fey are tall. Ropes of drool drip from it's maw, and it comes down, crushing a few houses.

"You are outnumbered, surrender now and I promise no harm shal come to you"

after the dust settles, the man is threatened by a guard. The guard's words weren't enough to unnerve him, but..

"Gah, what's that? That could actually hurt me... I'll leave you to my friend here."
he darts behind a curtain, vanishing without a trace. The beast lets loose a huge roar, and people run in panic.

Fanz zips away to as far as his spell will reach to the lizard beast.

Seeing the creature grappling Richwood Helix moves around it and bites
it letting his new powerful teeth tear into its flesh.

Helix continues tearing into his enemy trying to dig into something important. He manages to rip of one of the enemies scales with his claws.

your bird lands clumsily next to you, a lot of it tangled in a net. It looks at you expectingly.

the bird doesn't seem to want to try. It expects you to get the net off first.

it already used it's actions, and could barely fly here. It's not attacking the lizard until the net is off.

I intended to do that next round, isn't a called shot a full round action? nonetheless I am five foot stepping adjacent to him and getting as much off (presumably none) as a swift action can
