Kirashedo is excited about this new partner and introduces himself, "Hello, I'm Kirashedo, and I'm a man hunter of sorts as well. Nice having you with us."

Hirandhana goes above deck to search for Janet while the rat and robot talk. Finding her, he asks "How far are we frim Trigen?"

Man is the most interesting hunt, I just don't take it as far as you do sometimes." Eloledin socks Kirashedo. "Plus I don't want you to end up on one of these posters, not even I'm good enough to protect you from all the guys that'll be after you."

you find her on the pilot's deck. She replies " we are delayed about a day because of the fog bank. but if we make good time we should be back on course with in a hour which should allow us to get to Trigen about two days from now"

"Probably not, I mean if it's and actual bounty on you then by that point you've pissed off enough people that you'd either be killed by whomever is offering the reward, or locked up till you rot" Eloledin laughs. "Too bad you're all squishy, I would last forever in prison, as long as I could occupy my time."

"Well then.. I guess I'll have to keep to the shadows, now won't I? Avoid getting caught, and I won't have to worry about having a bounty on my head." Kirashedo starts rambling on about Eloledin, the new guy, and himself all fighting everyone else off because he got reckless. "Now that would probably be some fun," Kirashedo says with a smile.

"Fun for you equals headaches for me."

"Ahh, you're a party pooper you know that, Eloledin?"

"My job is keeping the two of us alive, remember?

Kirashedo adds, "I mean come on! Fighting pretty much everyone we see, running and hiding from the people too strong!"

"Yeah, yeah. I get it, too much danger is not good. But danger is way fun!"

"And that time that merchant shot you for trying to pick his pocket? If I hadn't had heard the shot you would have bled out then and there."

Kirashedo winces. "That wasn't very fun, guy shot me for no reason. I was just trying to help, honest! I was just relieving some of the weight he was carrying. I thought having that much money would be a little heavy and tiring."

"You know when the metal guy has to heal your wounds you're in a bad spot." Eloledin laughs. "Remember when I had to impersonate that butler? Now that was a good time!"

"You nearly got caught! I don't know how you even got away with it, it was a terrible disguise! You could've passed as a butler better if you dressed like you normally do. But they just let you go on like there was nothing weird about a metal man dressed in servant clothes walking into that noble estate."

"It did help that the normal butler was also a forged, abet one who couldn't fight his way out of that knot job I got him with. I do have to say not having to feed him and keep a eye on him made it much easier to hide him without killing him. Granted we did just stick him in that vase."

What about that time I had to get rid of the lady with a bunch of pet rats. I had to pretend like a dire rat and kill her.. That was a tough job...Embarassing, too." Kirashedo shivers.

What are you talking about you were there for two weeks!?! I thought you went native on me!

"No way! But being without clothes on so I could blend in... That was pretty scary. And only two weeks? It felt like months to me! Was I glad when I could go put clothes on again. And being away from my blades that long was too much. You know how precious they are to me." Kirashedo unsheathes his katana and admires it, running his hand along the edge, muttering under his breath. "They were the last thing I got from my teacher."

"My rifle is the same. He was killed in cold blood, and I carry his weapon to do what he could not." Eloledin unslings his rifle, and begins to take it apart and clean it.

Kirashedo recalls, "She was an important person to me. She taught me since I was a wee little thing, and was kind to me. She gave me her daisho because I was her best student, and now she lives alone, without any visitors. I would like to visit her some day."

"We will my friend, we will."

"Anyway," Kirashedo snaps back from memories, "I think I'm off to my room to go rest a bit! See you when I get up, Eloledin."
I'm gonna follow in the footsteps of Kirashedo, and go to bed as well. Goodnight, everyone!

Hirandhana emerges from his cabin after binding and meditation. He walks silently through the dining hall and up the stairs to the deck. Approaching the prow, he places his hands on the railing and leans forward, looking out over the sky.

Eloledin sits in his room honing his knives. One to a razors edge, the other to a battle ready edge.

For hours, nothing passes as Hirandhana watches silently over the sky, as the terraces and clouds pass below. He looks down into the black depths between the terraces, seeing nothing in the darkness. Silently he stands, meditating on his purpose and his goals.

It is dark out now everyone make a perception check
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

10 + 1 = 11
I'm definitely paying attention, so no -5 penalty. The CRB also says someone keeping watch, which I am, is probably taking ten.

1d20 + 7 - 5 - 5 ⇒ (20) + 7 - 5 - 5 = 17

I'm asleep. So no way I can see anything, however I can still hear or smell things, right? So I get the -10 for being asleep?

thats another -10 for every feet of thickness that the walls/ceiling is.

Hirandhana you see the vague outlining of a ship in the fog.
Eloledin you here the roar of an other elemental ship drawing near.
Kirashedo you are sound asleep you dream of many different shiny things
Janet whispers to herself "pirates" she then yell "PIRATES" she then begins to race below the deck to gather the crew and the passengers "Their are pirates approaching the ship. I have no intention of letting the take this ship, its crew, passengers, or goods. Tonight we will defend this ship & I swear to you on my mothers grave, Celestium bless her soul, that we will make it through this night& that we will see tomorrow's light".
She then says to Balthazar " get the Double Hackbuts where gonna need them"

Eloledin rises from his maintenance, and exits his room.
