In Combat and Out of Combat
1. Speaking is a free action, so it would fallow that poetry and song would be to.
Soliloquies should have a warning text I.E.:
-Soliloquy Begin/Ends -
So that everyone knows it is happening in a character’s head, and therefore without a form of telepathy and/or concentration others don’t see it occurring.
2. Time Stops – Time freezes in a scene are the most hasle free! As long as everybody goes back to beforethe scene started, I say great.
3. Aid Other – The PC who rolls highest will be the one aided by others be they PC or NPC each adding a +2.
4. PCs Can Conclude Out Comes – If there is a skill check and I have pre-posted the info in the spoiler bar your character knows it. For all mobs I will post HP, AC and Saves allowing for combat to be ended at a faster pace.

In Combat and Effecting Time and Space:
5. Dancing in combat is another matter, if it would move your character beyond their max distance (roughly) to then no, but as long as the character PC or NPC is not moving beyond their max speed how they get there is up to them. So as long as net distance is zero and no combat actions or hostile/party beneficial actions are taken I say go for it.
6. Initiative for NPCs will be blocked together, but PCs initiative will be rolled individually.
7. Perception Checks – Rolls will be rolled a lot in secret by me. PCs can make perception checks, but they might not do anything.
8. Initiative Rolls will be made by me at the beginning of combat.

Party Bonuses:

Lyric Diplomacy - When a Dread Pirate performs during their persuasion they get a +2 enhancement to Diplomacy.
