Ameiko - Rightful Empress of Minkai, and very determined to reclaim her birthright. Taka's sister.
Kelda Oxgutter - Barbarian from Kalsgard in the Land of the Linnorm Kings. Rescued from Brinewall Castle, definitely wants to go home.
Koya Mvashti - Old Cleric of Desna. Healer and fortune-teller, who wants to enjoy a long journey while she still can.
Sandru Vhiski - Caravan Owner and Master, who takes care of the day-to-day running of things.
Shalelu Andosana - Elven Ranger, and a good friend of Ameiko's, who decided to come along now that Sandpoint is old enough to look out for itself. Got involved with that thing after the goblin attack a few years ago, and probably has some good stories to tell.
Spivey - Tiny but colorful Cleric of Desna. Nobody's actually inquired about her nature...
Warding Box: Holds up to three objects, one in each of its containers, of no more than 8 x 8 x 3 inches (or 25 pounds). Objects held inside are protected from all divinations, except those of gods.
Box One: The Amatatsu Seal. This Artifact, a symbol of the Amatatsu family's divine right to rule Minkai, has a daily allotment of 5 charges that it can use to cast the following spells on an Amatatsu scion: cure serious wounds, remove curse, remove disease, or restoration. Each casting uses up 1 daily charge. Alternatively, the seal can cast heal on an Amatatsu scion, but doing so expends all 5 charges. Finally, and only at the seal’s discretion, it can cast resurrection on an Amatatsu scion, but doing so renders its spellcasting powers useless for a month. It cannot be teleported, and actively interferes with attempts to do so.
