Lancyn surges forward and bashes the remaining skeleton to bits, negating the "threat" they posed.
With the undead out of the way, the party moseys down the corridor. Now, strange tubes made of a glassy substance can be seen in the alcoves from which the attackers emerged, large enough to fit a tall man and smashed through the front. Their purpose is unknown, they could be holding cells, stasis chambers, torture devices, or any manner of strange or sinister machine, the limit to which being your imagination.
The room at the end of the hall houses yet another strange sight. This fifteen-by-fifteen-foot dead end is constructed entirely of the same smooth-white material seen on the sphere outside. A single white pillar stretches floor-to-ceiling in the center of the room, and in a niche rests a smooth, white, hand-sized square covered in glyphs and runes similar to those on the complex’s front door.

What might I guess is that this could be a way to create a protective... something either in this room or possible the semi-sphere outside. The party makes their way back out of the bunker, device in tow. They open the door, and, for a moment, bask in the welcome sunlight. Other Pathfinders are still running about organizing the camp's defense. Several seconds later, many things take place practically all at once.
With a great sound of splintering wood, a large portion of the wall (B2) comes down, and in pour a massive contingent of charau-ka. As they begin to run amok through the camp, Pathfinders take up arms and begin the fight, and both the sphere at the dig and the device glow brighter. In the distance, their horrible champion - a four-armed gorilla, fifteen feet tall and causing the ground to shake with each step - intelligently scans his troops and roars at them, causing the ape-men to devolve into a frenzy. When it comes into view, the sphere and the device start glowing at an uncomfortable level, and Lancyn collapses to the ground with the square still firmly grasped in his hand. While he continues to breathe and does not appear hurt, nothing you do can wake him up. As the team tries to tend to him, a pair of ape-men roaming the camp with no one to fight zero in on you and rush forward!
