Defense of Astengard

Ok, I wanted to use nice words, perhaps using Milton's style, but I'm too lazy so I'll just list stuffs

- The king of Astengard is the 65 years old, Erland III, the brave. A Hero from the last war, he is now fatter and older.

- The second institutions of importance is the church. The leading auhority is the counsil of the seven lights (the number seven comes from the seven planes of Mount Celestia). A clerical institution. The current queen, Asdis the gentle (an assimar) is the head the counsil.

- The kingdom of Astengard consists of the city of the same name plus 15 big outpost (fortresses) plus a number of small outpost.

- Some miles below the city there is a planar rift to the plane of fire. This allows the city to have a nicer climate, as the ground and the wellspring are hotter than one would expect for the south pole.

- The city is surrounded by protective magic that have several effects.
(1) It hinders teleportations into the city for evil creatures. Though, it doesn't make it imposible.
(2) Any good creature inside the city is treated as having the fey foundling feat.
(3) Any good creature gets a +4 for treating or resisting poisoning.
