DMRaven's The Long Vigil (Inactive)

Game Master DMRaven

The warriors of Vigil have been a beacon for good since the Shining Crusade. Standing against the orc hordes of Belkzen, undead swarms from Gallowspire and the demonic armies of the Worldwound, they are never short of threats to face and always in need of bodies for the fray. The elite Knights of Ozem look for only the most promising of Lastwall's recruits to take into their halls. Do you have what it takes?

Map of Vigil

===================Gazetteer===================
Bonewatch The Knights of Ozem are officially headquartered in Vigil near Castle Overwatch. Taking its name from Vigil's main fortress, Bonewatch is a large building outside of the central walls but not too far away. While closely connected to Lastwall and Vigil, the Knights are an independent organization. The Bonewatch is a single imposing complex comprised of numerous tunnels and protected walkways connecting several buildings surrounded by a simple stone wall. The walls display undead scourges falling before crusades, heavily featuring bones and skeletons.
Bonewatch's bleak visage hides the training quarters of scrubs and Knights as well as a barracks for Knights dwelling in Vigil and those currently training to become Knights of Ozem.

Minor Lastwall Locations:

Azure Helms An upscale tavern surrounded by trade depots. It has stone walls, a white tile roof and vaulted ceilings. Run by a blonde elf.
Rose Chalice A run down dock tavern run by an overweight halfling named Ancis, who claims to be a former crusader. The place is a local watering hole for Lastwall soldiers.
Alacarty's Scriptorium A place for cheap scribing, cheap books and possibly illegal forgeries.
Valor's Hilt A merchant guild that provides basic adventuring supplies, at cost, to Knights of Ozem. Run by a Knight of Ozem who retired.
Chapel of the Luminescent Dawnflower Sarenrae's Chapel bears a four foot wide bronze sun above a pair of unassuming double wooden doors. The building itself looks to be two stories and is made of white-washed stone in a Chelaxian style. It is most likely an older building that has been restored and re-purposed. Within, numerous windows provide expansive light while a few multi-coloured stained glass windows scatter beautiful patterns on the clean floors and simple pews for prayer.

He grew up the son of a peasant and fought hard to earn himself a spot in the Bonewatch.
