Frog God Games contact

Does anyone know who I should contact regarding a mistake with an order from Frog God Games? I sent a message using their website and also an email to Bill Webb but there's been no answer for almost a week.

In the past, Bill has always responded to me very promptly with great customer service but this time it's been radio silence.

Frog God just contacted me and will be taking care of the issue.

That is one thing I found useful is to have contacts for all FGG personnel. They are quite swamped currently with shipping out Borderlands Provinces and Northlands Saga Complete and getting the Backerkit ready for The Blight.
