Kineticist Elemental Race Question / Suggestion

Hi all. Not a frequent poster here, so apologies if I've put this in the wrong place. I have been looking at building a kineticist for a game I'll be joining recently, and I was wanting to make use of one of the half elemental races (ifrit, sylph, etc.) and pair it with the appropriate element for kineticist. As it stands those races only get bonuses to sorcerers who take bloodline powers in line with their element, and it seemed like a similar bonus for kineticists would fit perfectly. So I was wondering/hoping for some advice on what would be a fair way to do so. For sorcerers they get a +2 to CHA which is obviously their main ability. For kineticists would it be fair to give that same +2 to CON, provided the element selected was their primary element in terms of their racial heritage?

Alternate Racial Traits

Ifrit—Pyrokinetic Affinity: Some ifrits have a deeper connection to fire that expresses itself in a more primal fashion. Ifrit kineticists with the fire elemental focus treat their Constitution as 2 points higher for all kineticist wild talents with the fire descriptor and other class abilities. This racial trait replaces fire affinity.

Oread—Terrakinetic Affinity: Some oreads have a deeper connection to earth that expresses itself in a more primal fashion. Oread kineticists with the earth elemental focus treat their Constitution as 2 points higher for all kineticist wild talents with the earth descriptor and other class abilities. This racial trait replaces earth affinity.

Oread—Phytokinetic Affinity: Some oreads have a deeper connection to the vital energies of the First World that expresses itself in a more primal fashion. Oread kineticists with the plant elemental focus treat their Constitution as 2 points higher for all kineticists wild talents with the wood descriptor and other class abilities. This racial trait replaces earth affinity.

Sylph—Aerokinetic Affinity: Some sylphs have a deeper connection to air that expresses itself in a more primal fashion. Sylph kineticists with the air elemental focus treat their Constitution as 2 points higher for all kineticist wild talents with the air descriptor and other class abilities. This racial trait replaces air affinity.

Undine—Hydrokinetic Affinity: Some undines have a deeper connection to water that expresses itself in a more primal fashion. Undine kineticists with the water elemental focus treat their Constitution as 2 points higher for all kineticist wild talents with the water descriptor and other class abilities. This racial trait replaces water affinity.

Kineticist Racial Favored Class Options

Ifrit: Gain a +1/3 bonus on damage rolls with fire element blasts that apply the kineticist's elemental overflow bonus.
Oread: Gain a +1/3 bonus on damage rolls with earth or wood element blasts that apply the kineticist's elemental overflow bonus.
Sylph: Gain a +1/3 bonus on damage rolls with air element blasts that apply the kineticist's elemental overflow bonus.
Undine: Gain a +1/3 bonus on damage rolls with water element blasts that apply the kineticist's elemental overflow bonus.
