Personally I will trade for (need) copper, beast pelts, any extra recipes (I am giving them out free but will trade for them to obtain).
I have coal, iron, meteoric iron, recipes, lots of wood and plant stuff, lots of weak varnish +3, and some other stuff I can't see right now, :)
Edit: Oh, I suppose that I do have a good quantity of smelted +3 things like blanks, plates, wire, ingots, if those are of interest.

Raw copper or copper bars (ingot?) - I have +2 refined ones and I think also a recipe. Copper itself is rather low - only place I know is close to TK and I'm not often around there.
I could use sanguine (various plants - but might be mountain plants) as I just used all up for bloodblock.
PM me what you need most as recipes.

Approximately 90 minutes from this post:
I will be gathering people at the south end of Ozem's vigil and heading south, working our way casually through the hex immediately south of the vigil as a warmup, and then depending on demand, either attempting to clear that hex or move into the hex south of it which is marked with a lion on some maps. (north-west of the westernmost endpoint of the Callambea/Freevale range.

Whichever hex we choose, if we manage to clear it, we will proceed directly south, in an attempt to cut the escalation in half.

If anyone has time, I'd appreciate if a few people could (in the next hour or so) scout the hexes around the target, in order to paint a clear picture of what we'll be hitting so people can make some equipping choices.
Fact-based recommendations of exactly which hex to hit first will be looked on with favour when I am in charge of the entire map. ;-P

Both are Skeletal Uprisings. The red rangers and mages are pretty dangerous. A few of any focusing on you are deadly, whatever thier type. I have been fighting these guys with LB hit and run tactics. Not sure what to do with a group but best have a plan.
As far as what to take on, I suggest the ranged mobs first. As to hexes, I think a warmup is a good idea. Have to see who/what shows up and how they can work best together. Doesn't matter what hex to start in.

Depends what your goal is. When Kabal ran a few of these, by the time we moved on from the "warmup" hex, we would start to lose people. If your goal is to say "We cleared an Escalation!" find a lower level escalation, scout out a hex that has the fewest reinforcing hexes (ie same escalation) around it. If you want a bigger challenge, try to cut off the escalation at its head (would need to get a fair number of well geared people), start at the monster hex, get it to less than 500 and kill the boss. Supposedly, this makes it easier to kill hexes that it spread to. Either would be quite an accomplishment if we do it. My 2c ;)

Part one is finished.
Skeletal uprising:
Two groups with a total on average of 10-12 people involved. We reduced the event from 100% to 85% at the cost of at least three people becoming untrainable due to targeting errors, including Cal went from 7500 to -7500 without actually killing anyone.
Progress was slower in the first hour as there were too many mobs for any escalation events to form.
Fun was had.
We will reconvene for part 2 in approximately five hours (see the countdown timer) at the emerald tower in the hex immediately south of Ozem's Vigil

I had thought of that later. We had a good group that stuck in though. It was a good chance to learn some rudimentary teamwork. All in all, I would say it was a positive.
"Clearing" would have been best started in the monster hex. That is good advice. :)

When I try to launch mumble, I get error about opsu.dll not being present. What do I need.
Team Speak works fine.

Or not. that didn't look all that useful.

We had about, what?... 8 people? These escalations are too much work, or you just can't let them sit for so long! :)
Was great fun, both times. Thanks for coming out people.
I even saw a dwarf fly through the air to deliver an over head/over hand chop (greatsword style). It was a thing of beauty!
This is one of the ways this game is supposed to be played. In groups with cool people.

Thx again guys. Speaking on behalf of the various settlements who took part, it was great of Ozem's Vigil to host this event and contribute their Mumble channel. If one of you gets the chance, there is a thread on the Alpha forums where the devs are looking for feedback from just such an event. I'll pop by there tomorrow and add my thoughts. Anytime you want to do this again, Kabal will try to have a few people join you.
