About burrahobbit
Originally from West Virginia, I've managed to hang my hat in Boston, Washington DC, Egypt, Jordan, the Republic of Georgia, and now Chicago, where I'm currently living with my wife while studying archaeology.
Besides the games, I like:
A good book - in fantasy, especially Dunsany, Tolkien, Lovecraft, Peter S. Beagle, Roger Zelazny, and the old weird pulps; otherwise, I really enjoy Faulkner, Saul Bellow, John Steinbeck, and Cormac McCarthy.
Good music - rock n' roll (Led Zeppelin is still my favorite) and old folk and blues (Mississippi John Hurt, Rev. Gary Davis, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Blind Blake, Son House...)
Good food - which is easy when the pinnacle of epicurean delight is a hot soft pretzel and a cold root beer.
