This is the best I can find in terms of an official response, with the answer being no, it doesn't double the reward. There is more discussion here.

The new guide to play comes out soon. Will it be addressed? Is the maybe 2,000GP total over your entire PFS lifespan that worriesome..
I wasn't aware of this archetype -- "street performer" isn't something that draws my attention as a player. Where are you getting the 2,000 gp figure from? I'm not aware of any lifetime limit to gp earned through Day Job rolls.
It's effect isn't addressed specifically in either the Guide or the Additional resources, but since the only way to make money in PFS via a Perform check is through a Day Job roll, I'd say it pretty much has to apply. If it didn't apply then the ability would have no use in PFS.
EDIR: Okay, the Bluff/Diplomacy bit might still be useful in PFS, but that doesn't negate my reasoning for the other part.

@ Jonathan Cary - It was a "WAG" based on how much extra the 7th level street performer in our group has been getting on his day job rolls. It is a support character and works great in the right group and well in the wrong one.
@ Mike - Thanks for the quick response!
