After flaming out in the Superstar competition, I want to spend some time practicing making monsters. I'd certainly appreciate any feedback, both compliments and especially criticisms, anyone cares to give, since it's not an area I've got much (i.e. any) experience in. Thanks in advance.
This first one is what I'd actually been thinking of making for the competition, but the CR7 aspect threw me for a loop, as Tiny creatures are generally limited to CR6 (and there's already a CR7 simian-esque monster in the girallon).

Spellblight Carrier (Su) Anyone that targets a mtowli with a spell or spell-like ability must succeed at a DC 14 Will saving throw or become infected with the eldritch ague spellblight.
Tempting Prey (Ex) A mtowli may act as if it were injured as a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. It may make a Bluff check (opposed by the target's Sense Motive check) to lure any creature that needs to eat and that can see it into approaching it. The effect ends if the creature is prevented from reaching the mtowli or attempting to do so would harm it (for example, if the mtowli is on the other side of a chasm or wall of fire) or as soon as the creature comes within reach of the mtowli or is attacked. Once a creature is targeted with this ability, it is immune to it for 1 day (even if used by a different mtowli). This is a mind-affecting effect.
Mtowli – dubbed Mwangi demon monkeys by Chelaxian colonists – are cunning predators with a taste for fresh meat. Stories tell that the earliest mtowli were the transformed familiars of those that Angazhan turned into the charau-ka and ape-men druids and rangers often take mtowli as animal companions today.
Native to Sargava and the Mwangi Expanse, mtowli prefer to bait their prey into an ambush or into leaving a potential meal unprotected. Often the lowest member in a gang's hierarchy will appear to be injured, luring a predator into an ambush of an awaiting gang, or drawing away guardians from a nest, leaving weaker prey for the rest of a gang to attack. They prefer to focus on a solitary foe at a time, several leaping on it and tearing at exposed vulnerable spots, like eyes and throat.
Mtowli communicate with a range of vocalizations, but those exposed to a language can learn it and will often use that knowledge to help it hunt. Mtowli have been known to sneak into explorers' camps and steal an item being discussed in hope of luring out a potential meal.
