This has to do with the faction missions:

Andoran mission requires 3 Diplomacy checks. If there are multiple Andoran members, would they EACH have to make three successes or could one member attempt with the others aiding? This also would apply to Osirion players as well for their mission in the camp.

Also Andoran, with the amount of time, Long Term Care could be relatively a long term endeavor. I am assuming he is at least 3rd level (based off his HP), but it does not give his level anywhere. As LTC is level dependent, this could take up to 5 days (if he is 3rd with 8 hour of rest) or just over a day (if he is 5th level or higher with full bed rest). Any info on his actual level?

It is perfectly allright for characters of the same faction to assist eachother in their efforts. Actually I would rule the players only get three tries, and therefore have to get three consecutive successes, as Diplomacy normally does not permit retries.

As far as the desease concerns, extrapolating from 3.5 rules the disease DC is probably 15. As the disease does not have a stat block I would suggest one save is enough to cure it. Hewes' stat block is likewise not included and I would therfore assume it t be irelevant. The information you are left with is need of Heal DC 15 for treatment of disease (one success required) and for long-term care afterwards to a total of 30 hp. Since his current hp are 0 I think players should get 5 attempts at treating the disease before Hewes dies .

To add to Diego's input.

As long as one Faction member completes a Faction Mission all members of that Faction receive credit. This could reasonable be a situation where the two Faction members with the lowest Diplomacy skill use 'Aid Other' to help the one with the highest Diplomacy. I agree that three consecutive successes would be required.
