In order to use this, you will need a copy of 3.5 Oriental Adventures. Sorry :(. Referencing the book allows me to port over the taboos and spell list in whole without breaking copyright law, as the book isn't open game content.

Wu Jen:
Wu-Jen (Wizard Archetype)

Taboos

A Wu Jen must select a taboo. See 3.5 Oriental Adventures page 31 for details.

Arcane School

A Wu Jen must take an elemental school as her arcane school. She may select Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Metal, or Wood.

Spell Secret

At 5th level, and every five levels after 5th (10th, 15th, and 20th), the Wu Jen may choose one spell in her spellbook. This spell is now always effected by the Enlarge Spell, Extend Spell, Still Spell, Silent Spell, Elemental Spell, Ectoplasmic Spell, Lingering Spell, or Selective Spell feat. The level of the spell does not change, and the choice of feat and spell cannot be changed once made. Spell Secret may be applied to the same spell more than once, but each feat may only be applied once. The Wu Jen does not need to know the feat she chooses to permanently apply to a spell. This ability replaces the Wu Jen's 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th level bonus feats.

Spell List

A Wu Jen does not use the standard Sorcerer/Wizard spell list. A Wu Jen's spell list is comprised of all the spells listed on pages 93-96 of 3.5 Oriental Adventures. Ignore the elemental types listed for the spells on these pages. Wu Jen use the elemental arcane schools instead. If a spell listed on the Wu Jen spell list is also listed in an offical Pathfinder rulebook, use the Pathfinder version. Any spell that deals electricity damage or uses air to deal damage gains the Air elemental type. A Wu Jen adds all spells from official Pathfinder rulebooks that are part of an elemental school to her spell list.

Errata: The last sentence of the Spell List section should read:

A Wu Jen adds all Sorcerer/Wizard spells from official Pathfinder rulebooks that are part of an elemental school to her spell list.

Shugenja:
For this one, take the 3.5 Oriental Adventures Shugenja and add a Wizard elemental arcane school at first level. This must be the same school as the Shugenja's elemental focus. This school does not grant an additional spell slot or any additional spells known, and opposed schools do not require two spell slots to prepare, but this elemental school does grant school powers. All spells listed in an elemental school available to Shugenja's are added to the Shugenja spell list.

Shaman:
For this one, take the 3.5 Oriental Adventures Shaman and replace Turn or Rebuke Undead with Channel Energy at 3rd level, as the Pathfinder Cleric class feature. Treat the Shaman as a Cleric of her Shaman level minus two for this ability. Change the hit die to be 8 sided.

looks quick and easey. I wish they had split up those oriental adventures spells up between appropriate western counterparts. I can see Druids for example haveing a few of the elemental themed spells.

That was the idea. The Wu Jen works very good as a Wizard archetype, and the Shugenja and Shaman just need a couple tweaks to work with Pathfinder. There is no need for any complicated, hard work when just a little bit does the trick just fine.

In my games I may allow western classes to use appropriate OA spells.
