I saw it. Lots of CGI blood and dismemberment, little to no plot. It was entertaining, but there are some cheesy parts.
If you love ninjas, go see it. If not, I'd wait for the dvd and rent it :)

Going by the title, it's awesome... but has anyone actually seen it? Is it good? Is it rilly rilly good? ;-)
I didn't care for it. The martial arts aren't that impressive (for several reasons, mainly the lead actor isn't a martial artist, he's a dancer, so he can pull off some of the moves, but the director relies on tight shots, cuts, and CGI to mask everything). The story was fairly laughable and overall, it just didn't work for me.
If you are someone who loves classic ninja movies (things with titles like Snake Fist Ninja or Nine Deaths of the Ninja), you might not be disappointed with this, as generally those movies weren't exactly the finest examples of cinema ever put to film. But to folks who have gotten spoiled on good martial arts movies, it'll just make you shake your head and sigh.

I thought the movie was highly entertaining, in a turn off your brain way. But if you really want to know if its any good you should ASK A NINJA!

Sho Kosugi is in it so that's really all the reason you need to watch the thing. Sho, as you might know, was the quintessential ninja of the 80's. He was the ninja all other ninjas feared. He still gets to play a pretty kick-a55 ninja in this movie, and he may be the only actor in this production with any real martial arts cred.

Aren't Ninja already Assassins? This title seems redundant.Actually, given the plot, it isn't. The main character is a ninja who assassinates other ninja.
Ninja /are/ what assassinate other ninja! Who else could after all? That's one of the their jobs as ninja.
This title is effectively just Ninja Ninja to my sensibilities. x.x;
